**2. Non-Refundable Call Out Charge:**

  - On weekdays (excluding bank holidays) between 09:01 - 19:59, a £60 non-refundable call-out charge applies.

  - Weekdays between 20:00 - 09:00 and weekends/bank holidays incur an £80 non-refundable call-out charge.
